ICS Cybersecurity Training & Certification Application

DEADLINE TO APPLY IS JULY 19, 2024

The Pasco Sheriff's Office and Tampa Bay Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) Working Group obtained FEMA funding to provide free, advanced ICS Cybersecurity training and certification to water utility personnel in the Tampa Bay Area. The focus of this initiative is on smaller utilities which may have insufficient cybersecurity training and resources. Some important points: 

• The training is online and on-demand and requires significant focus and effort. Classes take about six days and supervisory approval is required
• The award includes the corresponding GIAC certification, which is a globally recognized industry certification. 
• Training must begin within two weeks of approval and must be completed within one month. Certification must be obtained within three months of training registration. Vouchers will be revoked for non-compliance. 
• You must select one of the following trainings (note prerequisites)

ICS410: ICS/SCADA Security Essentials

ICS515: ICS Visibility, Detection, and Response

ICS612: ICS Cyber Security In-Depth
